The CS Technology team falls within the CS organization and is responsible for ensuring that the correct CS tools and technologies are in place and working well to support the operation, growth and scalability of the Customer Service business now and in the future. Responsibility:
- Provide product management leadership for our content management and knowledge management systems, including features/capabilities, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations.
- It helps define strategy, capture requirements, clarify priorities, identify dependencies, mitigate risks and impediments, communicate and create a roadmap.
- Work with each functional CS team to better understand their vision and challenges and together deliver the best possible solutions.
- Manage the development and delivery of product features through close collaboration with our engineering and data science teams.
- Understand the differences in support expectations in different regions of the world and tailor the experience accordingly.
- Extend product management responsibility to other tools as business needs arise.

What we are looking for:
- More than 5 years of product management experience for consumer products or internal use.
- Ability to make tough decisions informed by both data and judgement.
- Deep focus on providing a great customer and agent experience.
- Proven track record of executing projects that have significantly improved client and agent experiences.
- Organizational leadership and influence without authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - excellent memos and presentations, the ability to build trust and create collaborative partnerships across functions are extremely important.
- Ability to inspire, motivate and lead designers and engineers.
- Previous experience working with KMS/CMS products, both third-party and self-created
- Previous experience focused on Customer Service
- Previous experience working in quality management systems is a plus
