Responsibility
- Actively coordinate with all departments to maintain on-time station performance, employee morale and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to and resolve customer questions, requests, or complaints
- Oversee day-to-day airport operations to create a service minded environment that is safe, secure and compliant with the law. Meet or exceed performance goals through effective decisions. Assign and monitor training compliance agents.
- Actively coordinate with all Departments to maintain the Station's on-time performance. Inform state updates to leader and employees in a coherent way
- Impulse performance processes through the provision of operational situations that can affect the operation, monitor and achieve the results with respect to the key metrics and consider the parties responsible for the results, review and guarantee the accurate coding of the delay
- He works with the staff who plan to build offers in line with the objectives at the time of the department.
- Perform administrative tasks daily, such as the construction of shift offers, closing offers, daily work activities, reports on daily wages and assistance, staff monitoring in all areas and verification of that extra time is used correctly
- Guarantee a correct administration of contracts or work agreements, emphasizing minimum employment disputes
- You can carry out other work tasks as indicated by the leaders of employees

- Ability to obtain the GSC (basic security coordinator) and respect the drug testing and alcohol dot (transport department) program
- The station leadership can request the leadership of the station to get a customs seal and meet all the requirements for working on international flights
Physical skills
- Ability to perform work tasks of [Workstation/Office Area with limited space] for prolonged periods of time
