The US base salary range for this full-time position is $199,000-$299,000 + bonuses + capital + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and position. The range shown in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for new hires for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by the place of work and additional factors, including job skills, experience and relevant education or training. - Lead the research and design processes, lead and grow your team, and enable your team to deliver the best possible user experience.
- Work with the Core UX team to shape and extend core UI framework, content strategy, and standardize core components.
